Historical Preservation

We utilize Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting to clean metal, concrete and masonry artifacts. Our skilled crews can control the water pressure and other jetting parameters from 10,000 PSI to 40,000 PSI to achieve the desired cleanliness levels. This allows us to remove layers of paint and contamination without damaging the object. There is no need for costly and damaging abrasives or chemicals.

While working on historical projects we match the surface preparation experience with coating application, preserving the authenticity of the original artifact. We are also experienced in consulting with conservatores and curators to develop preservation protocols to restore historical artifacts.
